Today I made bread with rice flour.
Because it's hot.
Since yeast ferments best at 40 degrees, I leave the dough to rise on the balcony.

Mix the bread ingredients (the rice flour absorbed water differently. The rice flour I bought absorbed a lot of water). Let it sit outside for 30 minutes.

Place it directly into the steamer and put it on the stove.

It's done! Rice flour bread!
It's fluffy and delicious, but since it's made with rice flour, it gets hard over time.
Also, steam it when you eat it.
It's hot, but it's delicious, so I think I'll make it again.
