The dried persimmons fermented prematurely.

 

It's sad that the sour part is coming out.

 

I got a dreamy product from the store of Mr. Akinori Kimura, who has successfully grown apples without fertilizers and pesticides!

 

It's radish leaves!

 

Just leaves!

 

I chopped them up and salted them!

Apparently radishes are good for the stomach, and I can eat as many of these leaves as I want!
