I used to have severe watery diarrhea, and after a little while, I drank amazake, which tasted really good, so I thought it would be good to drink when I was sick.

 

Weigh out the cooked rice and add three times as much water to make a porridge that is a little hotter than a bath.

Put the porridge and a little more koji than the amount of rice you cooked in the jar, and keep it warm for 8 hours.
