It was hot and I wanted to eat noodles.
Since Japanese noodles are made of wheat flour, we decided to use pho.
However, I overcooked the pho and it didn't turn out very, very spaghetti-like.
Cooked pho for 6 minutes.
Put olive oil in a frying pan and fry a clove of garlic minced, an onion cut into skewers and a package of minced pork.
When the onions are clear, season with salt and pepper.
Add pho and season with soy sauce and ketchup.
I'm glad the soy sauce made it taste better!
I thought it was crucial not to overcook the pho too much.
