Tokyo in the near future.
NOUNAI Senri's older sister Mari is suffering from a rare disease that has left her unable to walk. He joins the pharmaceutical company RUOWA in the hope of finding a cure for his sister, but there he comes across a medicine that turns muscles into metal, and he begins to suffer from side effects. NOUNAI Senri begins to work for the company, killing people who are suffering from the same side effects. He is able to make the side effects public, but he ends up quitting the company.
